Whenever I come in front of my Lord every day in worship, my heart gets filled with His joy and His peace. All of a sudden, all my burdens, all my fears seem to fade away. They look so small in front of His Glory. My heart gets overwhelmed when I think of the amount of guidance He provided to me every day for so many years, since the time I got saved. His protection surrounded me even without my knowledge.

Today I would like to share a bit on what is there in my heart, with all of you who is reading my article right now.

Often people ask me how to pray?

I am no authority to guide anyone on such a major topic, but with my little wisdom, whatever I could understand, I would like to share with you all.

Come to think of it. Its a very vast subject in itself.”how to pray” and none of us are near enough in understanding the depth of it. but one day some years back, as I was in my worship mode and trying to understand what to pray and how to put my petitions in front of my Lord. A sudden thought came to me isn”t He my loving dad? Isn’t He supposed to be my best Friend? Then why do I have to follow any specific pattern of putting across my thoughts and my desires and petitions in front of Him? “I SHOULD JUST BE MYSELF”.

I can just speak to Him the way I feel comfortable. He will understand, being my closest friend. He will guide me to wisdom and in truth. Since that day, all my doubts cleared. I am no more bothered about what I have to say to my Lord. I just bask in His presence, but pray for one thing, ”wisdom”. it is the only thing that will help me in understanding His ways, His commands and also help me with clarity of mind. which will eventually lead me into prosperity and every other blessing because wisdom is required even in enjoying the heavenly blessings that He pours upon us. That day onwards I just enjoy His presence and follow His lead in everything. It’s a very beautiful relationship to be able to communicate with your Creator, and feel His presence all around you.

I encourage all of you my dear brothers and sisters in Lord. Please seek His face earnestly every day and see how gradually He makes every problem in your life, just fall into place. How beautifully He works in you to make YOU better, and how gradually you will turn into a precious one in His sight, isn’t that beautiful? Indeed it is.

Isaiah 11:2 declares that God’s Spirit is the Spirit of wisdom and understanding, the Spirit of counsel and might, the Spirit of Knowledge and of the reverential and obedient fear of the Lord.

Seek HIM and all things will work together for good for you when you trust in Him.
