The scriptures have detailed us about many stories, who have made it against all odds, and also we read about instances where God has made His people do things, which didn’t make much sense, but still they obeyed and it brought wonderful results.
Today my heart inspires me to revive the story of Esther in your minds. let us refresh our memories on one of the most inspiring stories of all time, that encourages us to understand God’s ways in a better way. Story of an orphan girl. who made it to be the queen of Persia not only she was a blessing for herself, but also became the reason, for saving an entire nation of Jews. just because of her obedience and today she also became one of the most significant books of the most famous book of the world, the ‘Holy Bible’ and today we all supposedly most modernized generation, are looking up to her for encouragement and hope, what an awesome God we serve.if just, we would listen and be obedient.

If we think of Esther. She was an orphan to begin with, and not even a Persian a most unlikely candidate to have anything to do with any king for that matter. Hers was a case of supernatural intervention by God, to bring deliverance to the Jews when they were all marked for destruction. God had a great call for her life, which required thorough preparation, without which she would have perished saving her people would have just been a very far sighted thought.
Esther could have either chosen to whine and feel pity over her situation, or she could have chosen to trust her creator and believe in taking small steps of faith every time she faced situations and just keep moving ahead. I believe she chose to trust in her God and chose to listen to the suggestions and council she was provided every time God brought people of wisdom in her life, in the form of Mordecai and Hegai.
Often in our life it happens, probably we all have gone through that experience, where we feel God is not answering any of our prayers, as if He is not even interested in listening to us. We are going through an endless valley period in our life.
let me encourage you all my friends that is our preparation time. He purposely chooses to keep silent that He may bring us to a level of perfection that we may be used for His glory as His vessel.
I can give a personal example on this. I didn’t have a very good childhood being the elder child, too much was expected out of me, too many pressures were on me, which eventually made me mature faster than other kids, and I could never behave like other kids. But today, when I look back, I find that all of it had a purpose. If I hadn’t gone through that preparation time, I couldn’t have guided today’s youth, who come to me so often for counselling, and trying to understand why they are in situations, where they are my heart melts seeing them suffer emotionally and spiritually had I not been sailing in that same boat, as a child and as a youth, I couldn’t have told them what it means even if I had given them counselling without experiencing it myself. It wouldn’t have sounded authentic and these young people would still have been disillusioned. Today when I share with them my story, it makes lot of sense to them, and they grow spiritually, and also move ahead in life with more of positivity and enthusiasm. This is all the work that my Lord has done in me and through me all these years see it all had a purpose the best thing is God brings specially those youth to me for counselling, who are facing similar challenges which I faced as a youth. I don’t blame my parents anymore, and neither do I have any unforgiveness in my heart towards them anymore simply because, I understand today, that they were just playing their parts, in helping God do His work in me and through me for my greater call..How great Thou art my God to you all praise honour and glory.

Now if we come back to Esther’s story God was intervening in every area of her life. He never left her alone, it couldn’t have been a coincidence that Hegai, the kings attendant was looking after Esther personally because who would know the taste of His master apart from the attendant who was closest?
Everywhere Esther was finding favour (Ch 2:15-17)it was her humility and an obedient heart that led her to such a huge success story. Esther recognised the source of wisdom provided to her by God through Hegai, and eventually seeking council from Hegai helped her in saving her people, who would have perished otherwise.’

We should seek God in everything, seek Him even in recognising our sources of blessings, sources of wisdom that He provides in our life’s journey every day…it’ll help us only, to be able to evolve more and more in spirit, that we would be able to bring to fulfillment what call we have in our life, we should be diligent in seeking His presence in every areas of our lives, that whatever assignments He has chosen for us, it may all come to pass, all for His Glory alone.
